An AI analytics and discovery dashboard that improved workflow efficiency by 80% for managers at medical call centers
Corti.ai

2024

Challenge, approach and impact
Challenge
The current application made it hard for managers to manually find and review calls, making evaluations inconsistent, patterns hard to spot, and “good calls” difficult to showcase. It was "confusing" and "slow". So call takers got little to no feedback.

Solutions
→ Revamped search experience, with intuitive filtering and sorting.
→ AI assessments for all calls using new, prompt-engineered templates.
→ New dashboard interface, providing an at-a-glance overview of data patterns across the org.

Approach
Owned the end-to-end product design process, from research to final delivery.
Defined and evolved the product vision, and continuously aligned key stakeholders.
Collaborated closely with engineers to understand and design with tech stack limitations in mind.
Ensured timely delivery to match critical deadlines.

Impact
Successful PoC for the second largest hospital system in the US.
→ 80% increase in efficiency of manual reviews.
Achieved +70 CSAT rating by users.

AI smart home analytics for commercial real estate managers
Dwellwell.ai
2022

Challenge, approach and impact
Challenge
At their pre-seed stage, Dwellwell was building a plug&play sensor and AI platform to surface hidden home system issues before they became costly failures. They needed a credible MVP that made this complex value easy to understand and trust, for both property managers who would use it day to day and investors evaluating the company ahead of the 2022 seed round.

Approach
Shaped the end-to-end platform concept, then scoped and designed a mobile + web MVP that demonstrated the full “property health” story.
Designed at-a-glance system dashboards (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, environment) with readable data-viz, states, and light/dark modes.
Built guided out-of-box onboarding and mobile IA, plus interactive prototypes for validation and internal alignment.
Co-designed actionable alerting patterns and logic so teams know what’s wrong, why, and what to do next.
Delivered key web flows and foundations (system pages, device/appliance management, air-filter replacement, Auth0 signup/login) in close dev + stakeholder collaboration.

Impact
→ Helped underpin Dwellwell's 2022 funding milestone, after raising $12M seed funding, indicating strong market/investor confidence in the product value story.
→ Positioned Dwellwell as a “check engine light for homes,” a framing repeatedly echoed by investor/customer quotes as a clear, memorable UX articulation of value.

AI analytics and club management system for professional golf players
Game Golf
2018

Challenge, approach and impact
Challenge
Game Golf was launching a new hardware line, but the existing digital experience did not support the new products, sent users into dead ends, and felt unintuitive and inconsistent across mobile and web.

With a growing user base that included high profile golfers like President Barack Obama alongside everyday players, the brief required a cohesive multi platform experience that could onboard users smoothly, manage devices across app, web, and watch, and strengthen the brand as the product scaled.

Approach
Redesigned onboarding to be clearer, more branded, and supported by contextual field validation and easier access to help.
→ Built a new multi-step device setup flow optimized for low cognitive load and backwards compatibility.
→ Introduced consistent, meaningful interaction patterns via a shared style guide and layout/grid system across iOS, Android, Watch, and web.
→ Reworked the web experience with tutorials and clear overviews for pairing, assigning, and managing clubs/devices.

Impact
Setup, pairing and getting started is described as "low-friction" in early reviews.
App users point to simpler app UI as a meaningful upgrade over earlier workflows.
Users often praised the system in interviews as "accurate", "easy to use", and a "standout game-improvement tool", validating the user value of the end-to-end experience.

A new App Store and digital workflow for dentists
3Shape
2022

Challenge, approach and impact
Challenge
3Shape’s 3D scanning software had fundamentally broken workflows: dentists couldn’t digitally discover or install new applications, struggled to even start diagnostic/treatment apps due to a confusing “order-first” architecture, and faced an inconsistent UI with no design system—pulling attention away from patient care and toward deciphering the tool.

Solution
Re-architected the product around an “apps platform” mental model, shifting from isolated flow fixes to end-to-end workflow redesign.
Designed a web-based in-product App Store for discovering, installing, managing, and bulk-updating apps.
Introduced 'App Drawer', contextual suggestions and 'App Groups' concepts, so dentists can launch workflows in seconds and see which apps belong together.
Established a unified design system to standardize components and collaboration across design/dev.

Approach
→ Led Windows-native product UX design across the Unite app platform, from early sketches to final UI.
→ Planned and executed user research with dentists across Denmark, Germany, and Switzerland; synthesized findings into new IA and workflows.
→ Drove stakeholder alignment via internal demos with C-level leadership to secure buy-in for the App Store direction.
→ Co-initiated and built a new design system with a tight-knit team of designers and engineers, embedding it into R&D ways of working.

Impact
Overnight, Unite linked existing 3Shape users to 25,000+ labs and 100+ treatment partners worldwide.
Significant jump in the lab order flow usage, reducing friction to start and send cases.
Reviewed as "more intuitive" and "user-friendly", especially in the Patient Library and touch-optimized scanning flows.

A new website for Copenhagen's "most dedicated" property caretakers
Matthiesen Ejendomsservice ApS
2021

Challenge, approach and impact
Challenge
Matthiesen needed a modern, credible web presence that clearly explained their property and caretaker services, matched their long-running local reputation, and made it easy for customers to reach out online. Before the site, most inquiries came via phone, so they wanted a simple contact form flow to reduce call friction and capture structured requests.

Approach
→ Designed and built a responsive and compliant marketing website to strengthen brand presence and trust for their common clients (housing associations, landlords, property admins, etc.).
→ Structured and wrote the service architecture so visitors can quickly understand the full offer.
→ Implemented a clear “Kontakt os” entry point plus a dedicated contact page with a structured form (name, property, message, file upload) to replace phone-first outreach.
→ Delivered consistent visual styling, based on their recently refreshed brand.

Impact
→ Shifted customer outreach from call-only to a form-first option, lowering the barrier to request quotes or help and giving the team cleaner, more actionable inquiries.
→ Improved clarity of the offering by presenting services in one place, helping potential customers self-identify needs before contacting the company.
→ Increased perceived credibility through a polished, up-to-date site that highlights the company’s history and specialization in Copenhagen property maintenance.

More about me

Design is what led me to Denmark at age 19, where I pursued my higher education—and it’s been the driving force ever since.

I’m an adaptable, collaborative designer who thinks strategically about product, understands priorities, and brings stakeholders into clear alignment around a shared direction.

My work is rooted in research and data. I believe good design is never truly finished—it’s done when it solves a problem, and revisited when users’ needs evolve. I thrive on breaking down complex problems and turning them into clear, intuitive, and inviting experiences.

I’m inspired by intentional, functional objects in the physical world and by digital experiences that feel effortless and quietly delightful. I’m deeply curious about why users behave the way they do, and I enjoy digging beneath surface-level pain points to uncover their real causes.

Over the past +8 years, I’ve designed software for industry leaders and ambitious startups across AI, healthcare, sports, smart home, and beyond. I’ve helped early-stage teams raise capital, as well as supported well-established companies in delivering impactful products for their users.

Avid fan of no-code tools (v0, Lovable) to get from an idea to a testable concept fast – or simply automate operational tasks.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find me at the go-kart track, at the swimming pool, or walking through the forest with my lab, George.

Currently, I am a Staff Product Designer at Corti.ai, where I design and build an AI product for healthcare, helping healthcare staff focus more on patient care, rather than paperwork.

Thank you for visiting.
